I am a young adult freelance artist who prefers to treat art and writing as a (paid) hobby. I enjoy creating original content and drawing character designs that peek my interest.Although I am not a gamer, but I do enjoy games that are heavy in lore. I am pretty shy about my written work due to my English writing not being the greatest. However, one day I will start going in depth about my concepts.Sometimes I am quick to reply, and other times I am not. I request you respect my boundaries and understand just because we spoke several times does not automatically mean we are acquaintances/friends.

Artist

• As the artist, I am given a 4 month work period (122 days). There is a high chance I will not be able to provide a sketch after 1 - 5 days of accepting their money. The deadline countdown begins the moment the sketch is approved by the client.
> The work period accommodates for my breaks and any situations that could occur in real life (college schedules, periods of art blocks/demotivation, etc).
• I reserve the rights to reject any one who shows in interest in my commissions. While rare, I have my personal reasons.
> If I do not respond to your message within a 4 week period (and my commissions are advertised as still open), good chance it’s because I do not want to work on your request. After the 28 days has passed, I request you don’t push my boundaries and accept my silence as a rejection.
• I reserve the right to publish your commission anywhere (this includes but is not limited to WIPs/progress uploads). If you do not want me to publicly post your commission, let me know.• If the client serves to be too difficult to work with or refuses to uphold the ToS, I reserve the right to discontinue the commission.• I do not work on commissions during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Client/Commissioner

• The client is required to DM me first before they fill out the application (unless stated otherwise). This is so I can get a preview of what you want me to draw.• You will be required to fill out the form with as much information as they can. The more details, the better I can help bring your vision to life.• The client has around 7 days (or any given time that we both agree upon) to submit their application. If the clients wants to back out of a commission (before the payment stage), they are required to notify me.
Ghosting will result in you forfeiting your spot.
• You will be required to pay upfront for your commission. Half payment is available for the client if their commission total is over $40+ (scroll to "Payment + Fees" for more information).• The commissioner is free to do what they please with the artwork EXCEPT make profit off it.
(scroll to "Commercial Rights" for more information).
• During the sketch stage, the client can request for changes. During and before this time, the client can request for something completely different (however if you change your commission type or the updated request is more complex, you will be charged accordingly). The client gets up to a maximum of 5 changes.• The deadline countdown begins after you approve the sketch. Clients should not expect a sketch within a couple weeks to a few months (2 months max.) if they are far in the line. I prioritize payment order unless the commission is something I can complete quickly.• If I fail to meet the deadline (or if I am completely unable to finish the commission), the client will be fully refunded.• I am not the type of person to give constant updates (ex. informing you that I am linearting/coloring/shading your request), because of this the client is free to ask me about any progress on their commission during my work period.
> If I mentioned I won't be able to approach their commission for some time, the client is free to ask which request(s) I am currently on.
• The client will be provided a total of 4 images:
. Original (No watermark + Watermarked)
. Transparent (No watermark + Watermarked)
• If you choose to repost the commission, please make sure to credit me alongside the post

General Rules

• My artwork MAY NOT be used for NFTs• I do not permit clients (or anyone) to give AI generators my artwork• Do not use my artwork for anything controversial or hateful (racism, homophobia, etc.)• You have to be 13+ or older in order to commission me. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to commission anything sexual from me.
> Minors (under 18) are not permitted to follow any of my social medias that are marked as "18+"

Waitlist

• The waitlist only opens up after all of my commission slots are taken• Those on the waitlist will not be charged (please do not send me your money early either)• You will be notified if I will be able to accept your request. Within 3 days (72 hours) you have to respond, otherwise your spot will be passed onto the next person.

• If the commissioner desires to make profit off of my artwork, they should first notify me. Note the price of your commission will rise due to essentially licensing to use my artwork legally for profit. These rate charges can be found in the table above.Established businesses (both big and small) will be charged at a different rate. The same goes for commissions involving my artwork going into a book/comic/webtoon. If these conditions apply to you, you are required to email me at [email protected] in order to properly commission me.

Payment + Fees

Payment
• I can accept payment from the following platforms:
. Ko-fi (Stripe + Paypal)
. Google Wallet / Google Pay App
. Cashapp
• The client will be required to provide their username/email that is associated with the platform• When I receive your payment, I will proceed to work on your sketch
> Receiving the payment also ensures your spot on the list
• The client has 72hrs (3 days) to send the money. I am fine with waiting as long as you notify me beforehand. Failure to pay will cause you to lose your spot and it will be handed to someone on the waitlist.• If the total of the commission is $40 or over, the client is eligible for split payment.
> You won't receive the full quality artwork until the other half is sent
• I do not offer refunds. The only time you get a refund is if I am unable to meet the deadline or unable to complete your commission in general.
> Chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting

Add ons
. Colored Lineart = $5
. Additional Objects = $5+
Fees
. Extra Character = Same price as the original (unless complex) with $5 off the total
. Complexity of character = $5 - $10+ (this varies)
KEEP NOTE:
If you select Ko-fi as your preferred payment, keep in mind I won't be able to fully refund. This is due to Stripe charging fees on online transactions (in other words, they subtract from the payment).
